I avoid placing any listings during the sale periods. Too many catagories become clogged with excessive numbers of offerings.

They used to have "Free Listing Day".
Then the went to "10 Cent Listing Day".
Now they have "20 Cent Listing Day".

Anyone see a pattern here?

Yeah...everything you list is a "listing day"

Why don't they try something creative and customer friendly. Maybe "1% final value fee" week or "no PayPal fee under X dollars week"? Something. Anything but crums. Show the masses you appreciate their business.

The whole point of the 20c list day is to get people to list expensive items.

When those items sell, it generates more final value and PayPal fees for the eBay machine.

It has nothing to do with customer appreciation.
