The simple things are still fun - a supermarket Coinstar find today

Coinstar machines filter out wheat cents and silver and leave them in the coin return. A lot of people forget to check and leave them.

I used to find something just about every 2 weeks or so. But since the Coinstar at my supermarket was upgraded a few months ago, I haven't found anything... Until today. A cheap thrill but still fun to find! A well traveled 1957 silver dime.

It's funny, but there have been a couple of times when I've been in an absolutely foul mood and stressed to the breaking point. And then I get a silver dime in change and POW, everything is alright image

How do they distinguish wheat cents from pre-82 memorials?
