You would think they would've picked up a few things working at PSA....

I got two calls this past week from PSA from two different people. The first was that I had two additional cards that I didn't list on the submission- Joe Morgan and Carl Ya...me...strski. The second was that I needed to declare values for the Joe Morgan and Carl Yaz..zerm...eski. I know they're in payment processing, but they should have to take some kind of test before they're hired so they don't sound crazy when they call people.

    Just out of curiosity...was either of the questions valid? Or was that call from a parallel universe?
