Can you help ID these Canadian Stamps?

A co-worker has asked me to help her ID these from a collection she inherited. She can't seem to find any info on them as to rarity and value. I thought I would see if the Forum may be able to help.

Hi there, so Aquila Rose and Black Dog are one in the same? Anyway, I have only the U.S. catalogue for Scott. This may help though. Most if not all public libraries have a full set of Scott World catalogues where she can find these stamps. Tell her not to worry if the catalogue is 5 years old or so. Also, do you know if there are hinge remenents (HR) on the back? If there are, the value will be minimal, or reduced..BIG TIME. Hinges are to stamps as cleaning is to coins.

    Thanks Jerry.

Yes, I am the Black Dog. I found the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada's web site. It lists them with Scott numbers and pics. It's a start. I did not want to remove them from the protective sleeves and probably would not recognize an HR. Is it like a hanging chad?image

Oh yes you would too! HR sticks out like a sore thumb.

Did a little research on hing remnants. These stamps were never hinged.

Some of the stamps I have been seeing are COOL!!
