Can you help ID these Canadian Stamps?

A co-worker has asked me to help her ID these from a collection she inherited. She can't seem to find any info on them as to rarity and value. I thought I would see if the Forum may be able to help.

Yes, I am the Black Dog. I found the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada's web site. It lists them with Scott numbers and pics. It's a start. I did not want to remove them from the protective sleeves and probably would not recognize an HR. Is it like a hanging chad?
