    the pictures don't even make it look gold in color. the guy could have at least plated it!

    That must be it. How silly of me to forget that the Mint made coins in White Gold. image You would think at some point, this brilliant person would take a peak at the other Peace Dollars offered and realize that maybe, just maybe, he is confused.

    Of course anyone foolish enough to buy it when they complained he would simply reply, gold toned? Yes, very rare, the person in the grounds keeping department at Treasury Department told him that when he called?

    Do you really think the treasury department would give him the time of day. They probably said, " Oh yeah, that's very rare. There's hardly any in the world" very sarcastically.
    I set to watch it just to see if anyone bites.

    interesting too that the seller's history is "private" - not another good sign.
