New suggestion for PSA.........????

Wouldn't it be great if there was a spot on the SUBMISSION CENTER where you could view ALL of your submissions on one screen, with updated info for each one, as far as date rec'd, date shipped, etc????

    It would be great if I could enter my customer number and see a page with all my submission numbers. Then I could select a submission number and get my archived grades or status.

    exactly what i had in mind. It should not be too difficult as all of the info is already available. They just need to link the subs to the customer #.....and poof - there it is. I am sure i am not the first to think of this, maybe it is even in the works.

    On another note the new email system that advises of order receipt and grades posting is also great....

    We have just instituted this for the coin division but I do not know if and when it will reach PSA.
    The system requires you to log in to view your submissions and the conventional status check is then gone, meaning, you won't be able to look up other's invoices unless you give out your log in information.

    This caused a stir amongst the coin people and I believe they are rolling out a modification that the "owner" of the order can log in and then decide to make a submission "public" for others to see. This will only work with order numbers not submission numbers as submission numbers are not always unique.
