Customer service; Surprise

A letter I rec'd from PSA this AM in reference to a badly damaged T3 that initially was rejected by grading due to damage;

Thank you for contacting customer service. This has already been taken care of. You did not get a quick response because I needed to email Joe Orlando for permission to holder this card. Once I received a response from Joe, I needed to take your card down for a second authorization. I then walked your card through personally for holdering as authentic only. They were hesitant to holder the card because of the condition of the card. I did however manage to get the card holdered and delivered it to shipping to be sent out. Thank you for your patience.
