    Seriously, it is extremely likely that coin will look much better in hand, and if you don't care for it he is very easy to work with.

    It's a beautiful coin, no doubt about it. From my personal perspective though If I were in the market for a nice mint state half dime I'd want one that had a full and strong strike. This coin has multiple strike issues (eagles left wing, left body and neck) that would exclude it for me but that is the only flaw I can see. The color and eye appeal is A+. With a little searching one can relatively easily find a MS example with a solid strike, finding one with a solid strike and the eye appeal of this coin may take a bit longer though.

    That's a great looking half dime. The slab looks like it's been through the mill, but the coin is gorgeous.

    one of the most undervLUEDsleeper unapprecaited SERIES of the 19th century and a pre 1835 early coin to boot! in very choice if not gem grade and a sexy date also as it is the first year of the newly built mechnically updated all steam presses and reorganized usa federal mint in philly

    eye appeal and overall looks gradewise this is a way above average coin

    and again in hand sight seen will be WAY better

    sounds and looks good to me
