It's a beautiful coin, no doubt about it. From my personal perspective though If I were in the market for a nice mint state half dime I'd want one that had a full and strong strike. This coin has multiple strike issues (eagles left wing, left body and neck) that would exclude it for me but that is the only flaw I can see. The color and eye appeal is A+. With a little searching one can relatively easily find a MS example with a solid strike, finding one with a solid strike and the eye appeal of this coin may take a bit longer though.
