Ever been unable to add coins to your registry?

Got some pretty newps to add to the Roosie Registry and I cant add them because the previous owner hasnt removed them from their set.

I already emailed PCGS.

Anybody else had this happen and how long did it take to resolve?

Only a few days. It speeds things up if you email them pictures of the front and back of the slab and some sort of identifier as to the date. You can just write the date on a piece of paper or clip part of a newspaper or something.
  • It happened to me, it was only a couple of days.....pretty fast I thought.

Several times, mainly across the street though where a couple guys like to keep their coins in their registry sets indefinitely for the points. I couldn't care less about the "points" but take issue with their conduct nonetheless.

If you sent the email request to the "general" email listing on the web site you might never get a response. I have had excellent response time in getting registry set issues resolved by contacting Cosetta Robbins at crobbins@collectors.com. She's very helpful.

Yes just take a photo of the coin sitting next to the date on today's newspaper and email it in, and you'll be taken care of I'm sure.
