Need help grading this Mexican piece.

Looking for grade opinions on this circulated Mexican 50 Centavos.
Normally it would be relegated to the melt bucket, but it's the key of the series, only 100,000 minted.
What appears to be a rim ding on the obverse at 6:00, really is barely noticable in hand.

Seems like the consensus is VF... and I agree. I have no intention of slabbing it. I agree that the color is off, especially around the edges. I like Mexican pieces, and this was an inexpensive way to get one of the keys...
