Football Cards - Is there a guide that lists cards alphabetically?

I'm clueless when it comes to football cards, but is there a guide out there like the Beckett Baseball Guide that list cards alphabetically by player?

I'm trying to find out if Don Steinbrunner had any cards. He was a member of the 1953 Cleveland Browns. After that season, he entered the Air Force and never returned to the NFL. Sadly, he was killed in Vietnam in 1967.

There is a book: Beckett Football Card Alphabetical Checklist. I only have the 1st edition (1997) and Steinbrunner is not listed.

I just checked the current beckett online football checklists--no Don Steinbrunner listed in their database.

Out of curiosity, I looked him on the databasefootball.com website. His record says was a 6'3" 220 lb offensive tackle out of Washington State--he played in one game (apparently on the special teams unit)--returned 1 kickoff (for 23 yards).
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
