Does 1988 Topps Mark McGwire have known centering issues?

I'm not sure if there are any collectors of the set or Big Mac that may know this.
I was looking over the 1988 Topps Pop report and the McGwire has 6 10's from 283 submitted and that is by far a lower %(2) than any other star card in that set. Gwynn is at about 20% on 55 cards and Glavine is at a mind boggling 25% on 1300 cards submitted.
