Wow - a lot of 67DCAM and 68DCAM grades on moderns. I had thought with modern commems there was a 99% chance of a 69DCAM.

I just got a grade back on an early Silver Commem that was in a PCI MS68 holder and sent in to PCGS for crossover. Absolutely beautiful coin with nice luster, detail, and some very nice light toning!
PCGS just posted the grade....MS65!
I thought for sure it would've come back a 66 or 67 minimum!
