    You could do that if you could find someplace that would exchange them, but your would probably have to go to France to do so. (Most foreign exchange in the US won't exchange coins. and it is well after the exchange period so you would probably have to deal with the countries central bank.) If you could exchange them it would be a deal (assuming they are recent and not from earlier pre currency reform periods.) because 7000 French Francs is 1,333 US dollars.
