i agree it does look fake, but i have been wrong before and will be again. if i had to assign a grade it looks cleaned with au50/xf45 details or is poorly struck cant tell from pics

this 1868 is a much better date as compaired to one of the more common lets say 1862 gold dollars
i think they where made to fool collectors with a better date???????????????
i have seen many many lebanese gold counterfeits all 1868 also some where pretty good
