peyton manning rc question

below are two scans from ebay. according to the psa label, the cards are the same, but they're obviously not. i was under the impression that the top card is his normal bowman chrome rc, but if so, what is the bottom card?

  • Bowman Chrome Preview i think. Been a while since i dealt in new cards. i think the number of the lower one is BCP#1 not just #1.

Thanks, that sounds right. I just wish they were labeled that way to avoid confusion.
  • They usually are, if it isn't written in as that when submitted sometimes it'll make it through.

Would I be correct, that some would not consider the BCP #1 a true RC?

I'm getting pretty sick of PSA not doing their research on modern football. They're messing up simple stuff like this constantly.

No such details will spoil my plans...

Does the back of the preview card have #1 or BCP#1?

Well, to "some" Refractors aren't true rookies. The majority of modern collectors look at as one of Mannings rooks. If it's from 98(or whatever their "rookie" season is) and it says Manning(Insert whatever name you'd like), I'm saying it's a rookie. That's how 99% of modern collectors look at it.
