Does the following description make any sense?

Here's the link!
And here's the description;
Nice luster and well struck from what appear to be late state dies, rough slightly golden surfaces and low relief on Monticello.
Right off, I'll tell you that I don't agree with it. What would a weakly struck coin look like from what appear to be late state dies How can anyone know from looking at a coin whether or not the force of the strike from the dies was at it's fullest or weakest point. Worn dies or LDS dies will always make weak strikes on coins! Not only is the above description disagreeable but it's a false statement!
I realize that this variety doesn't come easy with a full strike but the 1954-S does. The opposite is true with the 1949-D/S, this variety will sport a full strike while the 1949-D does not. We can't have it both ways, either the strike is full or it's not and we can't have coins with weak strikes in MS66 holders. It's that simple!
