hahhaaha, no I don't think so. I've always been a Yankee fan, but these guys have a great show going. Now I love that the Yanks have come back from the "critic talk" during the All star break and they've handily beat the World Champs. This imo is adding a large dose of character to the young regular day players and as well as the bullpen. If a team can keep up with a team as hot as the Red Sox have been as of late, what happens when you inject guys like Godzilla and Sheff into the mix just as September and October are rolling around? Matsui is one of those guys, no matter who your a fan of, if you like baseball you can cheer for this guy. Sheff....well....not so much lol. I hope they find a suitable replacement for a platoon player; Miguel Cairo is not the guy for the job. A good defensive guy in the infield, but he doesn't come through with the bat. Maybe a mid season trade, an old vet stepping up(Bernie!!!!), or an unknown filling shoes. This team is restoring some credibility with me, as this team really has stepped up throughout all the injuries.
