From looking at past Heritage results it appears to be fairly common and not indicated on PCGS slabs

I would say it is brown...or has more brown than red..the picture was tilted to catch the colors.....but the grade is pretty close....the coin which is proof, is rotated almost 180 degrees... the MEDAL reverse.
