Multi-Holder

What's the best way to make sure coins submitted for a multi-holder get into one correctly? Note it on the invoice in the remarks column? Include a letter? I'm planning to send a large lot (some singles, some multi) and don't want the folks in Sarasota to get confused. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

I was at the NGC table yesterday... submitted some Mauny sets that I request be in multi-holders. They are not in yet so it may take awhile.

I also was by the PCGS table and submitted a coin

Write what you want in detail on the invoice. NGC does not want extra papers in the orders.
At least that is what they told Xbob and myself on Saturday.

That's how it's done, like Tootawl says. $5 extra per coin. Choose the title that you want, for example I multiholdered a first year of issue five coin 1938 George VI Cyprus set, but it was never issued as a set, I chose the "Cyprus mint set" title.

It's $5 per coin re-holdering ONLY IF the coins are already in an NGC slab.
If they are raw, there is no extra fee to put them in a multi-coinholder but you need to put it on the invoice what coins you want in the multi-coin holder.
