Unopened Vintage Cello??

Seller says money back if not authentic, but then states in his terms below that "no returns, what you see is what you get"???

1967 cello

Well, which is it? Scan looks deceptively blurry, too. He also has a 1957 Topps cello, too. Looks a little fishy to me. Any thoughts?

That scan gives me the creeps.

FB rating not bad - but he may be "passing" the torch.

I would want one graded or from someone who has a lot of experience like BBCardExchange or BBCKid.

The guy is "all over the place" with his inventory.

His listing lingo boarders on "absurd," in the two auctions.

He guarantees the packs are "authentic." Heck, I double
    guarantee they are "authentic."

(He does NOT guarantee that he does not already KNOW
what cards are in the packs. ONLY that the packs are
"authentic.") That is no guarantee at all; of course they
are "authentic," thus, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS.

He sells "graded packs." He knows the difference.

His "shipping/insurance" lingo is common in scamsters' listings.

He does take PayPal, though. He might try to talk the buyer
into "paying some other way" after the auction.

    THESE are "bad auctions," IMO.

This pack is in great condition except for a small tear in the bottom left side corner. Cards are still mint.

I also have a 1957 Topps pack listed and have been asked why the pack isn't graded? I just recieved these two packs from a collector and I was going to have them graded but thought I would try to sell them as is first. So that is why there not graded.

As far as authentication I will guarantee authentic. Money back if proved not.

I have looked over both packs very well and have no reason to believe that they wouldn't be authentic.

Shipping for this item is $6.00 anywhere in the U.S. and that includes insurance because I dont feel comfortable shipping without it.

Their is a very good chance of the Mickey Mantle being in this pack. I guess you never no.

This pack is Awesome, so nice you wont believe it. I have looked it over very well, and it has hairline tear in the bottom left corner. But Cards are still mint, no damage or anything. This is a very rare item, and an item like this only increases in value.

Shipping for this auction is $6.00 anywhere in the U.S. and that covers insurance, I will not ship this without insurance thats why I am doing that. To rare of an item.

I guarantee this pack 100% authentic or money back.

Both these packs were probably reseals and came back as such from GAI. I'd never even take a chance to find out the awful truth. Buyer beware!

I'd stay away from this one, and the '57 cello, too. Does the seller really think he's saving himself some money by not having these things graded? Doubt it. He doesn't appear to be that unfamiliar with the hobby. Not to mention these are high, high-dollar items, and he doesn't provide a halfway decent scan or photo, or even bother to turn the dang things upright?? C'mon.
