Submitting Subset Registries

When trying to submit a new registry for baseball I am trying to figure out the finest possible set. Which is considered higher a 9OC or 8?
Any help would be appreciated

Hi-
An OC qualifier lowers the grade 2 full grades when using a card in the registry! Thus, a psa 9OC is equal to a psa 7. Go with the psa 8!
