Gotta be cautious about bidding on these kind of auctions.

Under the new eBay reserve scheme, it appears that the seller
can tank the reserve (if her shill gets out of the way) and the
next bidder will be spending $10.00 for S&H.

EDITED TO ADD:

Or worse, the shill withdraws the bid, and the seller tanks
the reserve and ends the auction at the "currently realized
price."
