It amazes me sometimes

I love getting cards in the mail. Waiting for my Ebay goodies to arrive. The cards that I picked up for a good deal etc.
Today, I get 2 duds.
Package #1 had 2 SPX auto rookies. From the same set, except that one card was 1/32 short L/R and 1/64 short T/B . It was confirmed just by laying it on top of the other card from the same set. The other card card had 2 bad corners, so it was a dud package. Emailed the seller; it's going back tomorrow morning with DC. Filed PP claim for poo-poo product. FB was posted for me, so me thinks the ball is in my court. What kind of FB should I leave for him if and when he refunds my money? I'm going with positive since it was shipped fast.
Package #2. Okay, this guy's a real genius. Put my card in a regular Card Saver II with no penny sleeve (that ticked me off right there) and just taped the top to seal the lip and into the bubble mailer (I'll give him credit for the BM). The card has a dinged upper right corner and the description states the card as "Mint Conditon".
Emailed the seller; it's going back tomorrow morning with DC. Filed PP claim for not as described. FB was posted for me. Again, what kind of FB should I leave for this one?

However, mistakes happen - I think future buyers and sellers would both benefit from your explaining your dissatisfaction to the seller so that he understands and doesn't make the same mistake again. I believe feedback should reflect the professionalism (or lack thereof) of the feedbackee. A transaction can be completed in a professional manner regardless of how stupidly the product was packaged. The seller may in fact not have been the one who packaged the cards. I'm more concerned with after-sale treatment when considering feedback to a seller.

I agree. If they respond with "no problem, just send it back" and a refund is issued, then I would post + FB. I like the ones that pop a vein and say "that ding or crease wasn't there when I shipped it" and try to give every excuse as if it will miraculously change the card's appearance.
