It's on the south side of I-8 across from the Mission Valley Mall on Hotel Circle South. Get off at Mission Center, go south toward Denny's and bear left. It is on the right after the auto dealership.

You do get a sticker tag, but not for your name....it usually says Coinarama and is your admission badge....there should be room for you to write on it though

The show is pretty good. Those in San Diego County should drop on by. The air conditioning makes it worthwhile alone.

Well, I am off to the show again in a few minutes. Taking the kids to fill a few gaps in their Lincoln and State Quarters albums. Will probably peek at a silver or dollar or two along the way.

Sorry I didn't see you Coxe. I was there both yesterday and today, and you're right...the air conditioning was excellent. Made a couple small purchases, but nothing major.

I looked into airfare to make a one-day trip to this show and I discovered that travelling from the Bay Area to San Diego is neither simple nor cheap. How was the show overall?

It was a nice show, but (like most local shows) probably not worth that travel unless you are a dealer. (Well, there are other reasons to come to San Diego any time of the year -- except January-ish -- though it has been oddly humid lately.) I have been going to this one annually for over 20 years and it seemed best this year. Next year is the 50th Coinarama and should be special. I think I will be setting up at that one myself.
