Octangular Medal, By engraver Pierre-Joseph Lorthior

I finally received the Medal........ I haven't had much luck in deciphering the meaning of the coat of arm's? I did find out that Pierre-Joseph Lorthior (1733-1813) was the engraver of the King of France, I would have to believe Louis XVI? Marie Antoinette? His last work was in 1774 when he produced the large seal of the Queen "Tronant" when she received her "Blazon".....
