Maybe I am crazy but, I just picked up 40 commons from this set and now I am on the registry. I did a search and came up with a thread that was about 2 years old. Anybody currently working on this set? I was 15 and believed that I had to buy these because they were "rare" being the first issue(kind of like comics, I thought). I still have my original purchases but they are pretty ragged. I was at the Tri-Star show in Arlington when I picked these up. The show wasn't that good but I got my Mike Schmidt autograph on my starter 500 Home Run ball. I was struck by the crispness of these 9's and couldn't get away from them. Anyways, I'm hooked. Paul
