Nice find! This is a so-called "Horned S". Quite rare in UNC, but one of the more common varieties. How does yours grade? AU? Hard to tell from the pics. Congrats on the acquisition.
Do you know how many of these coins were certified by PCGS and NGC?

Mr Jet, I'm not sure if they will. I've never seen one attributed on a slab. I don't think its on the registry list, no maybe not. You might want to call them or send an email.
You picked up a beautiful AU sample of a famous, scarce variety: The "Horned S". That's a beautiful photograph of the horns; nicest I've ever seen.
The Horned S comes in 2 varieties: The horns to the north or the horns to the south. The horns to the north are scarce; the horns to the south are rare. And rarest of all are horns to both the north and south, also known as s/s/s.
PCGS won't attribute the horns, but if they slab it 55 or 58 -- which is what it looks like to me from the scan -- you have a fairly valuable coin on your hand.
Congratulations and ...
Warm regards,

Thank you!, one more question... Do you know who would attribute this coin? or would it be better if just send it in to PCGS w/out attribute. By the way, I picked up this coin from a local dealer thru internet for $5.75 not noted the "horned s".

To me, I'd just slab it at PCGS. They'll probably give it an AU 55 or 58, with no attribution for the variety. When selling, you can always deal with the variety, either by showing the customer the coin if in person, or by showing the photograph if long distance.
But the PCGS slabs sell for a lot more than ANACS, and significantly more than NGC slabs, The coin, in an AU 58 PCGS holder would probably sell for $150 to $200. So you made out really, really well.
Congratulations again on a lovely coin and a great, scarce variety.
Warm regards,
Just Having Fun
Thank you again for your honest and detailed opinion and suggestion. I will go ahead and send it to PCGS then.
Regards,
