Probably Yahoo auctions.
The problem with most other public auction sites is that they don't generate the number of buyers that Ebay does, tons of listings
won't help a dealer if there is nobody buying.
This means less competition for buyers but usually higher starting prices as dealers won't offer material at a low price without a reserve
due to the lack of buyers.
