I'm not trying to be a smart@$$ here, but you might get more people to consider your offer if it read "WTT elongated penny for regular penny."

Your title implies that you want to trade away a regular penny for an elongated one.

(Better yet, try- "WTT: Georgia On My Mind elongated cent for VF wheat cent" as that would give people a better clue of what you have and what you want)
