Roger Federer Rookie Card?

Anyone know what his best rookie card is?

I am looking to pick one up but from looking through ebay tough to tell what is his best one.
Looking for additions or upgrades to my Graig Nettles master player set on the registry.

There was an issue by Netpro in 1993 that I believe would be his rookie card. There are inserts of course, so the best one would be an autographed insert card of some sort. I don't know all the details of the set but I came across a few of these and just submitted a couple of the regular cards to PSA along win an Anna K. There are two different regular cards and I don't know how many inserts.

They'd be available whenever I get them back.

Mike, I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed. She looks like an East German female discus thrower. image

Mauresmo, as we say in the Bay Area, is a "chick who digs chicks..."

Martina Hingis once called her (not in jest) "half a man".

    Mike,
I don't know if that's more of a knock against Hockey or Tennis?!?! I guess Tennis, since Federer is one of the Top 5 men's players of all time. It just goes to show how much Tennis (and Hockey) has fallen out of favor with the masses...

Actually, it wasn't a knock at all.

It was more a play on words since Federer sounds like a Hockey player name.

I don't follow tennis regularly but I watch ESPN 24/7 - so I get the Cliffs notes on all sports.

Didn't mean for anyone to get the wrong idea.

Hockey is cool and tennis is ok too.

If you are serious about buying his "best card,"
you might consider waiting a few weeks for the
fever to die down on eBay. A month from now,
you will likely find whatever you want for much
    less money.

    Hmmmmmmmm.

    Do I want Amelie's or Anna's card?

    Decisions, decisions, decisions...

edit: did Amelie Mauresmo have an out of body experience?

I'm not a tennis fan but...

    where are the Americans?

I was a big fan when Conners and McEnroe went at it.

In my opinion the best match of all last year was in the US Open Quarters (I believe) between Agassi and James Blake - two Americans but since then Blake has been disappointing and Agassi on his last legs and set for retirement.

Here's to hoping Agassi has one last run in him at the US Open - would be really good to see him go out on a high and be great for the sport.

Where are the Americans?? I guess the same place they are for soccer's World Cup, baseball's World Baseball Classic, basketball's Olympic team, hockey's Olympic team, and Nathan's hot dog eating contest.

The answer, is not at the top. Surely you've noticed.

More power to the others, I guess. They're sticking it to us in every sport I can think of.

The eating contests still amaze me. Supposedly, we live in one of the fattest countries in the world and we still can't win this!
