Maybe stump17 is collecting the set and this is low pop? Or he could've put in a really high top bid and basically screwed himself.

It was the last card he needed to complete the set in PSA 10, and one of the last 2 I needed. He's been down to that card for over a year, and had submitted several without success. There was a thread about it here:
