why not add a link to the set registry page for adding cards that are NOT currently part of set comp

unless i'm just not seeing it..
i know there is a link where you add "Suggested Weight" etc.. but i cant find that link anywhere.. why wouldnt it be easy to locate on the page?.. it sure seems like it would be much easier on PSA..
but instead i always just go edit my set, let it tell me the usual stuff about "spec number" and that a email has been sent to customer service..
