Reimage: 1862 farthing with fat "8"
IMO this may be a nicer piece than the one sold at the CC auction. That one went for £700. Of course, it had provenance. This one came from an American dealer many years ago (probably at a show, don't even remember anymore). Spink and CC both claim this is extremely or exceptionally rare, which was news to me.
