what does m/g mean in place of a grade? i just sent in a bunch of cards that had damaged cases and a few were listed today as being "m/g". THANKS

Minimum Grade. I'm guessing that the damaged cases also damaged the cards in them - so they are no longer worthy of the grade they formerly had.
When you enter your minimum grade on the submission form, if the grader feels he can't give it your minimum grade (e.g. you write in 8 and he feel it's a 7), then the result will show "M/G" and they send it back to you in the original slab you sent in. Unfortunately, I recently sent in a crossover submission where about 1/2 of the grades were M/G.
edited to add: If these were PSA slabs, I did not know "M/G" would be used with "review" service, but like MikeSchmidt stated, maybe the damaged slabs caused damage to the cards.
