Why Bri2327 is a mindless drone

I don't recall having beef with you but I guess it is on now. Jeter is not the best shortstop of all-time though you wish he was. You live in a fantasy world, with you laying tucked away under your Yankee sheets, where you dream of cuddling with the Mick. Here is your reality check, Joe Dimaggio was not the best living baseball, not while Ted Williams roamed the earth. Rivera has choked in numerous world series and playoff games, enough so he could be a member of redsox chokes of times past. Thurman Munson is not a hall of famer and neither is your icon Don Mattingly. You rarely back up anything you write with facts and you resort to insulting and name calling. Dimaggio 56 game hit streak was overrated. Reggie Jackson was probably the most overrated Yankee of them all. Ron Guidry does not belong in the hall. Phil Rizzuto does not belong in the hall and the Yankee owner is a crook.

    Complete and total jackas$ just as I asserted earlier.

    I never claimed Jeter was the best ever.

    Not once did I call Dimaggio the best anything.

    Every relief pitcher has failed at some point, Rivera is no exception.

    I have stated it at least 100 times in various threads that neither Munson OR Mattingly are hall of famers.

    Not once did I ever make any claim regarding Guidry, Reggie Jackson, or Phil Rizutto.


    Wow, when its all tallied it just proves that you are a fool who like Axtell comes on here with the sole purpose of starting trouble. No team of your own to speak of, nothing of interest or importance to speak of, and no mind to speak it with.

    Being on the CU board for 2-3 years now, you get a feel of the regulars that post here.

    I don't believe that Brian has partaken the Yankees Kool-Aid --- I've actually found a vast majority of his posts regarding baseball thoughtful and well-written....save for the occasional postings post Coors 12-pack!image

    Also, if Axtell has a beef with someone, I doubt he would need an alt. ID to make his feelings known.

    Again with the attempted insults. Are you even capable to have a discussion without calling people names?

    Yes, if you look in my sig line, it shows I collect cards. I've been working on the set off and on for 10 years now; didn't realize I there was a mandatory deadline of when you have to complete your sets. Regardless, I didn't know this was the collectables forum.
