No Grade specified

I just checked to see if my grades were posted. The list of the 14 cards I submitted had been posted, but the grade was "no grade specified" What does that mean? Anybody else have this happen before? Thanks in advance.

    Dunno for sure, BUT........

    sounds like a "trimmed/altered" thing.

If you cannot wait for the postman, you
can call PSA cust svc and one of those
nice folks will "give you the news."

  • Do you think all 14 cards are trimmed/altered? I highly doubt it. Do they sometimes take a few hours after sending an e-mail for them to come up?

Does sound odd; unless you bought them all from the
    same evil seller.

The only ones I have gotten with that message were
    returned to me "not holdered."

I do not recall an "updated message," after the info
is posted on the site, but maybe so.

PSA phones open early in the morning.

  • I bought all of the cards from different seller. One being Kit Young. Another being Kruk Cards. I did send in a card that was deemed trimmed once, but it didn't looked trimmed to me. Could I have filled something out wrong on the paper work? My credit card definitely got billed correctly. I'm quite flustered as I'm sure most of you would be.

Nobody has had this happen to a full lot before to a full lot?

    Has happened to me.

They can solve the mystery in the morning, on the phone.

Exactly. In the time it took to type this, you could get your answer directly from PSA customer service.

  • I talked to PSA and the cards hadn't been graded yet, they were entered into the computer too early. Well I got the grades today and here are some of the highlight

    Goudey '33 GOMEZ PSA 6
    Goudey '33 GOSLIN PSA 6
    Goudey '33 DUROCHER PSA 5

There were a few common 5's. Mostly 4's. And 1 Sam Rice PSA 1 I must've missed something in that submission. Ooops. I'm still very pleased.

About how much cheaper was this submission, than the gathering would
have been if you had bought them all pre-graded?

  • Sorry Storm. I accidentally sent you a PM. For everybody else. There really isn't much of a difference. I did good on the Gomez and crummy on the Rice and overall I get what I pay for and probably spend too much time doing it, but I enjoy it.

  • I post a few pictures once I get them back on the 'show it off' thread. I'm going to sell/trade the 6's, 4's, and 3's and keep my 5's image
