im an architect working on an old house next to capones house in miami.
i was wondering what i would find?

    Architect, huh?

    Under $300 price range would fall into the Bounty Hunter's market share, I think, or you can get a good but used Whites, most commonly used among MD community.

    The Garrett Treasure Ace 150 & 250 plus the Tesoro Compadre & silver U-Max all fall under $300.
