I rec'd a call from the 7th highest bidder on a $2250 card that I ran.
I assured the bidder that it was a scam and the card was paid for by
the winner quickly and feedback was given that day I rec'd funds and
given to me after the card was rec'd.
I never use this service.
This is a scam plain & simple.
So proceed w/ caution on ANY 2nd chance offers you recieve...jay

The way to tell if a 2nd chance offer is legitimate is to sign-in to ebay and check your "My Messages" area. If the 2nd chance offer appears there as well as in your email then it is valid.
