Fishy?

I have a running search of Joe Montana topps cards, working on finishing a set as a gift for my mom who was a huge fan. Last week, I came across this auction:

It ended July 3rd, and I was outbid, but, I didn't worry.

I get notices for my searches, and found another card came up, imagine my suprise when I see this:

It's the same card, relisted already from the same seller? And no negative feedback left for the 'buyer' of the first one if, as it appears, he backed out?

I know this is probably nothing, but does anyone else think this is shady? Hell, it's a $10 card.

Ax, the seller uses the same photo for the 89 Montana cards. He does that with all his auctions. You have to be careful and read this sellers auctions all the way through. If you look at the paragraph under the shipping details you will see what I mean.

Edit to say, I have bought from them before and have not had any major problems. The cards I received were all good with the exception of one that I was not happy with. They took it back and gave me a refund with no problems.

    Good for you.
  • The only disturbing thing is he sold the first one for $22.50 and listed the second one with a BIN of $14.99. image
