What are the best rookie cards for Johan Santana and Josh Beckett?

I have been looking through the Beckett for a while and was wondering which are the best (highest priced, least printed etc.) rookies for these two players.

    For Beckett it would be 1999 Upper Deck Ultimate Victory. Santana would be either 2000 Bowman's Best or Finest. He has a Fleer Mystique card numbered to 2000, while the others are #/3000 and #/2999, respectively, but for some reason it sells for less. They all have rare parallels, too.

    2005 Origins Old Judge Brown #/20 and Black 1/1s, 2000 Ultimate Victory Gold #/25
    2004 UD Legends Bake McBride autos & parallels, and 1974 Topps #601 PSA 9
    Rare Grady Sizemore parallels, printing plates, autographs

    Santana also has a Pacific Omega that is numbered to 600 (i believe) and books high. I rarely see it offered though
