How do I start a player registy?

I'm currently trying to collect a "Master Set" of Mark Mulder PSA 10 rookies. I'm not a member of PSA, so I was wondering if I could still setup a PSA registry or do I have to be a paying member to do so? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys!
Collecting;

Orlando Cabrera rookies
Lawrence Taylor
Sam Huff
Lavar Arrington

    I just joined and actually already asked for a registry (packers team set). You have to be a member for sure to enter any cards at all into the registry.

    If you have anything worth grading it's worth joining. BrianWintersFan sent me a SMR magazine, they're nice. You get the pop report and the smr online, nice to have when you see a "deal" on ebay. Then if you join 1 yr you get 6 free subs, and they can be anything up to $500 declared value. Pick a few nice cards and the grades should help you "pay" for the membership for a year.

    At the $99 it's 6.00 a month, if you don't consider the free grades. I think it's worth that.

    You do not have to pay anything or be a member to have a set registered in the registry.........you will have to request your set. request page)........the requst can take a few months.

    Oops, sorry for the bad information. I thought we had to be registered, it shows that as one of the benefits of joining

  • jimq-I'm purchasing the rookies already graded. Right now Mulder is having his worst season, thus bringing down the prices and allowing me to further my collection image, hopefully he'll heal up and continue having a good career. If anything I'd like to see him on a AL squad but I don't see a thing wrong with being on the same team as Pujols!

    lostdart-Thanks for the link! I don't mind that it might take a while, that'll just enable me to further my collection. Is there anyway for me to see if someone has a Mark Mulder collection(how do I look at others registries, I know some conceal theirs but I'd be interested in knowing if I'm not the only one working on this) Thanks again for the 411!

  • Mark Mulder isn't on the set request page, so unless he was recent;y requested, you'd be the first
    Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

  • Sweetness. Thanks for the info Onlyanumber. I'm planning on a few registries down the road, and this(quite obviously) is my first. Thanks again and any other things I should know(and most likely don't) feel free to lemme hear it!

  • personally, if you have three Mulder PSA graded cards, I'd request his player set ASAP. (You'll see what I mean on the set request page about the three cards). It takes some time for PSA to get the set added to the registry--I requested the 2000 Bowman Chrome gold refractor set about three months ago and it is only half way up the list. I know Dale Hawerchuk has been on the player list for a very long time, and I know onefasttalon requested Chris Sabo a few months ago and his set request hasn't gone live yet.

    No you dont have to be a member, and certainly if you have 3 cards get the request in fast. It took 6 months for my Patrick Ewing request to go live.
