My cards arrived...

Pretty content. I had a voucher to send in 6 cards in for grading but whats the deal with these two cards?

Card One.....there's a huge dust ball in the holder. Left of Yao Ming's jersey

Card Two...the label was inserted the wrong way into the holder. It seemed it was jammed in there!

Do you think its worth the hassle to recase?

    Top card is off center, bottom is miscut. Both slight imperf. I wouldn't resubmit personally. good luck

    Okay not question someone skills here, but how can you tell the bottom is miscut? How do I train my eye to be eagle-like....

    Think that's annoying? I had a card come back with someone's hair incased in it.

    He was asking about reholdering not resubmitting. That's a completely different thing. I would place a call to PSA to see what they can do for you. Neither one is acceptable, but if you have to pay for shipping and reholdering, that's completely up to you.

    I had the same thing happen with a Topps Chrome Michael Clayton card. Funny thing is the "dustball" looked exactly the same as yours. I sent it back and they took care of it.

    This is one of my biggest pet peeves with PSA. I just had a Dan Marino rookie come back with an eyelash inside the case and another card had a plastic "thread" inside. I own about 300 PSA graded cards and could arrange a sub-set based on holder issues. They might take care of the re-holdering, but are they going to eat the cost of shipping and handling, insurance, etc.?

    you should get a free grading voucher for each holder they messed up on. if they don't offer them then ask for them.
