79 topps comics full or cut?

Quick question on submitting 1979 Topps comics.

I have both cut and un-cut versions (gum wrapper)and was wondering how they should be submitted. Does anyone have any of these graded? Also any idea on how to ship them in? Very flimsy wrappers any don`t want to screw them up.

Also under what level should they be submitted?

    There was a picture of one on the registry under a player set. I can't seem to find it. What I do know is that I had the same question. The slab I'm speaking of was an uncut version and there was no specific designation on the flip. I have several uncut versions that I'm submitting because of it.
