Don't sweat it. Your reply sounds reasonable. The winning bidder doesn't say anything except "coin recieved". I guess he didn't like it. He should have emailed and perhaps you would have done something to make him happy. Personally I would reply like you did if I got a neutral.
When reviewing FB's I consider neutral the same as negative. Sometimes much of the dirt is hiding in the neutrals. Just because a seller "tries" to give good service, doesn't mean the buyer will view it is as such. I've negged sellers when they no doubt "thought" they were providing a fair and just service. Obviously we disagreed.
I had asked something similar before.........something more in the vain of what is neutral feedback? Although I usually leave positive or negative feedback, if I was not fully satisified I have left neutral. BUT the way I really feel is that the sale went as planned....I pay on time, seller ships on time it should be a neutral transaction. I pay EXTRA 90% of the time on shipping, say what you will as a seller, but I usually end up paying $4-6 to have my coin placed in a bubble envelope & .50 postage. I EXPECT on time shipment. Positive feedback (to me) would be if I paid $4-5 for shipping & that went for PRIORITY mailing with INS! In other words, the seller had spent the whole amount on what they said they would.....shipping. Something that is better than the majority of other sellers.
GOOD service is not GREAT service, ie, BAD service=negative feedback, GOOD serevice=neutral feedback, GREAT service=positive feedback.
But that's not the way the game is played & neutral feedback is viewed as something bad.

In this case the s/h was $7.50. That was for priority mail and insurance. The package was very well padded and I included a gold plated SBA as a little extra (hey, a dollar is a dollar) and it was mailed the following morning after payment. My guess is he didn't like the coins but thats just a guess without any communication.

Buying top quality Seated Dimes in Gem BU and Proof.
Buying great coins - monster eye appeal only.
If a seller actually does try to provide good service, a neutral feed back is disturbing.
