The top three cyclists have gotten the boot before the race began.

Very interesting.

There will be much less interest in the US with Lance Armstrong retired. Don't know if he was ever doped up but the
rumors just won't go away it seems.

Doping or not, he still won 7 Tours. With a bunch of other stars continually found to be doping, and Armstrong never have been, I'll keep my original opinion that Armstrong is amazing.

Nothing worse than a bunch of STEROID FREAKS with no nuts, but if there's a place where they belong..................it's France.

Interesting this happens *after* Lance retires? Perhaps the tour liked the extra attention that an American winning it brought, they were willing to let these guys slide?

And why did they wait until the day before to announce the barrings?
