I JUST HAD A 1968 TOPPS 3RD SERIES CHECKLIST GRADED AT A 9OC BUT THERES ONLY TWO EVER GRADED BY PSA WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT THE CARD, WHY IS IT SO RARE, WHAT IS THE WORTH. IT SAYS SPECIAL BB PLAY.CARD GAME NUMBER 40485687?

There is nothing special about the card. There are two variations of this card and PSA did not recognize or represent two versions until recently, thus the low population showing. To my knowledge each version was equally printed.
