New arrivals - July 1, 2006 (LOTSA PICS)

Either stuff newly arrived in the mail, picked up locally, or back from NGC.
  1. Uruguay 20 Centavos, 1930. NGC MS66. More colorful than the pictures imply. Lovely pastel yellow-green toning.

  2. Prussia 3 Marks, 1913A. Couldn't capture this one well at all. The toning is a very rich dark blue.

  3. Spain 1 Peseta, 1893. Not an exceptionally high grade specimen, but fairly tough in any grade.

  4. Canada 25 Cents, 1919. Just liked the toning...

    imageimage

  5. France 50 Centimes, 1888 A. From the melt bag.

    imageimage

  6. Ethiopia 5E, 1972. Very toned proof. Haile Selassie issue (aren't they all?). Neat lion.

    imageimage

  7. Canada 5 Cents, 1902.

    imageimage

  8. Canada 5 Cents, 1916.

  9. Canada 5 Cents, 1917.

  10. Great Britain 1 Shilling, 1943. Funky orange toning.

    imageimage

  11. Netherlands Antilles 1 Gulden, 1963. More melt.

    imageimage

  12. Great Britain Halfpenny, 1875. NGC MS60 BN. Very dark, but seems more of a 62... I think it was penalized due to color.

    imageimage

  13. British West Africa Halfpenny, 1932. ANACS MS64.

    imageimage

  14. Bavaria 3 Marks, 1911 D. PCGS MS64. My pictures aren't as "glossy" and blemish-free as JamminJ's pics, but I think the color in my pic is closer to the coin in hand.

  15. Bremen 36 Grote, 1864. ANACS "UNC DETAILS, NET AU55 - CLEANED". Purchased from a board member. Yes, you can tell it's cleaned (a bit TOO unnatural prooflike), but I like the design.

    imageimage

  16. Colombia 1 Centavo, 1960. Common coin, but a very nice red example.

    imageimage

  17. Great Britain 1/3 Farthing, 1827. NGC MS63 BN. I just LOVE them little fractionals!

    imageimage

  18. Guatemala 1/2 Real, 1894 counterstamped on 1893 Peru 1 Sol. NGC MS64.

    imageimage

  19. Mexico 1 Cent, 1905. Currently on its way to ICG...

    imageimage

  20. Macao 20 Patacas, 1974. According to Krause, only 1,000 were minted. Why does it only list for $20 in UNC???

    imageimage

  21. Czechoslovakia 100 Korun, 1955. More from the melt bag. Common coin, but again I liked the "antiqued" toning.

    imageimage

  22. Great Britain Farthing, 1806. NGC MS64 BN.

    imageimage

    And lastly...

  23. Germany 1/2 Mark, 1913 F. NGC MS67. VERY pretty!!!
