KM# help for USA Liberty nickel with "CENTS" (1883)? (Addendum: How 'bout 19th C. half cen

The Fourth Edition 19th Century Krause lists the USA Liberty nickel with "cents" variety (1883-1912) as KM112. But it completely skips the early-1883 without "cents" variety! There are the Shield nickels, then poof- Libnicks with "cents". image

Unless they listed the 1883 without "cents" in some other area, I can't find it.

I checked my old 2nd Edition and they didn't use KM numbers for US coins.

So maybe somebody with the 3rd Edition can help?

(Why do I need KM numbers for Liteside coins? Well, it's a long story.)

Krause probably gave both the same KM number. In the earlier editions (without KM #'s for US coins) the two types were listed together.

Hmm. I wonder about half cents? The 18th century catalog lists US half cents, but the 19th century Fourth edition totally omits them!

Not a single Draped Bust, Classic Head, or Braided Hair half cent to be seen! image

Coin Prices Magazine (March 2005) lists the 1883 without CENTS as KM 111 and 1883 with CENTS as KM 112.

Hmmmm........I guess Krause doesn't know too much about this miniscule and insignificant segment of the Darkside...image Of course I'm talking about US coins.
