A RoadrunnerStewView™ Toned Morgan (Grade Revealed)

A NEWP from board member P8NT, here is a nice 1878 7TF Rev of 78. Nevermind about the scratches at the top of the slab, this is apparently a former coinguy1 slab image Feel free to guess the grade.

Yes, there's a bit of rotation, about 5% or so, so the alignment of the images is correct.

Coin is graded NGC MS64*

    I guess MS 62

    Too much scuffyness in focal areas for me to grade it 63, but very well could make 63 with a bump for Color.

    I really think we're gonna have to know who slabbed these guess-the-grades. I've submitted to PCGS for so long, I can't even begin to comprehend ngc's grading.
